GL Complaint provides information and tools, not legal advice.

The complaint letters, compensation estimates, and regulatory information provided by GL Complaint are generated using publicly available regulations and AI technology. They are not reviewed by a solicitor unless you specifically request a review through our GLEAN network.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should review all generated documents before sending them. If you need regulated legal advice, consult a solicitor.

Compensation estimates are based on published rules and ombudsman precedent. Actual outcomes may vary. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome.

Your use of the service

You agree to provide accurate information about your complaint. You are responsible for reviewing any generated documents before sending them. You must not use GL Complaint to make fraudulent complaints or claims.

You retain ownership of the complaint letters generated for you. We retain the right to use anonymised and aggregated data to improve our service.

AI-generated content

GL Complaint uses Anthropic's Claude AI to analyse your complaint and generate letters. While we provide the AI with structured regulatory knowledge, AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate. You should verify regulation references and amounts before relying on them.

We version our AI prompts and continuously improve quality based on user feedback.

Service availability

We aim to make GL Complaint available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Litigo Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GL Complaint. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Pricing

Your first complaint letter is free. Additional features and documents may be subject to charges. Prices will be clearly displayed before purchase. All prices include VAT where applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
